Vulnerabilities in Sagat's Ultra Combo
On block, Sagat's ultra combo is vulnerable between the first part (the Tiger Knee) and the second part (the first Tiger Uppercut).
For example, in a match, Akuma (or any other character for that matter) used a cr.LP to hit me after the Tiger Knee portion in a match.
Of course, it makes perfect sense, given the frame data. It indicates that frames 1-13 of the ultra combo are invulnerable, and then it probably takes on properties similar to the moves it is executing from the 14th frame on.
