Ryu's Hurricane Kick clears Guile's Sonic Hurricane
Guile's Sonic Hurricane does not hit Ryu out of a hurricane kick. While there are reasons to believe that it would or wouldn't (it's a much larger Sonic Boom, but it's still a Sonic Boom) clear it, the video above shows that Ryu's hurricane kick clears the Sonic Hurricane.
Something important to note, Ryu clearing the Sonic Hurricane is not because of the invulnerability that he gains if he starts the move when the projectile comes out; as the video shows, Guile does the Sonic Hurricane way after Ryu starts up the hurricane kick.
