What are Dhalsim's changes from vanilla to Super Street Fighter 4?
For the life of me, I can't find anything on SRK. All the information on this seems buried in various threads. Only thing I picked out is better mummy and drills, but I don't know how much better or if that makes them any more useful in a practical sense. Thanks!
