How do you cancel Akuma's cr.HK or cr.MK into the /cr.mk into the Raging Demon?
What is the best way to input a cr.MK or cr.HK into the Raging Demon (the Super or the Ultra combo)?
Do I cr.MK as an anti-air and cr.HK to catch a Focus Attack?
I know it has to be really fast, so I'm wondering what the best input order is.

Use cr.MK as an anti-air because your hit box is lower than cr.HK. As for catching focus it doesn't matter. I personally like plinking the input. It's basically jab, then almost right after medium punch, while still holding jab. By doing this you get to jab inputs, the single jab, then the jap and medium punch. After that, I press back (or forward) LK and HP at the same time.
For a better explanation and other ways to land the Raging Demon, watch lordofultima's videos on the Raging Demon, they're amazing:

Good luck, and make your enemies suffer a thousand deaths.
The Wrath of the Raging Demon Ultra is cancellable, you can cancel Akuma's moves into the Ultra and it will execute. However, you will never connect with the Ultra, it will always whiff.
The Ultra is a throw-based move and you can't throw a character while they are in hitstun or blockstun. Connecting with any move before the Ultra will put the opponent into one of these states and prevent them from being caught by the Raging Demon.
The only way that Akuma can land a hit before the Ultra is by landing a level two or level three focus attack and then performing the Ultra.
This specific point is mentioned in the first video from lordofultima on the Raging Demon that DangNabbits references at the 6:24 mark.
However, that doesn't mean that you can't set up opponents to be hit by the Raging Demon using other attacks; you won't (and can't as mentioned) hit them, but you will put them in a position that makes it very difficult for them to avoid the Ultra.
Setups for the Raging Demon is what the second video by lordofultima that DangNabbits mentions is all about.
Maybe this?
