How quickly do characters get up?
I've been combing the whole of internet, but I can't find any frame data for how quickly the various characters get up from knockdown. Does anyone here know?

In situations where one can quick rise/quick getup you have 5 frames to input your decision which means that there's pretty much always a slight variation to everyone's timing. Therefore, knowing that info is basically useless as the only knockdown you can truly depend on is the untechable knockdown.
This ties in with the unblockable setups found just before switching from vanilla to Super. They are only guaranteed in an untechable wakeup situation as it relies on the first (and only possible) frame of getting up to glitch out.
As for untechable knockdown frame data? That info is quite unnecessary too as the timing for the get up is far more easily learned just by testing out in Training mode. More important frame data to know in these situations would be to find out how many invincibility frames your opponent has on his moves, the startup of said moves and what you can do in reflection. Street Fighter 4 isn't as frame data-reliant as Virtua Fighter or Tekken, but pursuing this info isn't wrong per se. Just that nobody else cares enough to find out.
I don't believe it's going to be simple finding that kind of information. For the most part I feel like most people recording the frames don't really take that into account for various reasons. Hitting down or hitting 2 buttons at the same before hitting the floor gives each character a faster recovery time. In sense finding out the timing might be useless, but I don't really personally know.
Hope this can help you though! Here
I think at the games current time this is going to be the best information you can find. Or maybe this will help inspire you to find out yourself, I'm sure many people would be interested in the data as well!
