Street Fighter Terminology

As somebody who is trying to find (and use) good information about Super Street Fighter 4 and how to play it, I find myself hindered by the language barrier on sites like these.

Can somebody please post (or link) to a terminology run-down?  Surely I can't be the only visitor who is confused by terms like FADC, etc?

Here's a few good starting points:

SonicHurricane SF Glossary
Shoryuken Wiki's Glossary
Shoryuken Newbie Saikyo Dojo Glossary

Between those three, you should (hopefully) be able to find a definition of just about any term you will hear thrown around in SF4.

EDIT: Another one, thanks to Jio Freed Cody! EventHubs Glossary

Here is a few of the basic terms that you should know.  Since FADC has already been explained, I won't define it:

Canceling-The act of interrupting the active and recovery frames of a move with another move to combo (ex. Ryu's cr.MK->Hadoken).

Linking-The act of comboing two moves by waiting until the animation of the first move ends, then starting the second one.

EX *insert Special Move*-A Special move which was powered up/changed slightly by pressing 2 or more Punch/Kick buttons.  Uses one EX bar from your overall Special bar.

Mixup Game-To change around your routine and combos to confuse the opponent and make yourself unpredictable.

In addition to Keres' references, there is a suggestion to create a term/jargon list on this site (which you can vote on), referencing other material within the site.

Also, if you want to look within sf4answers for anything relating to terminology, you can always go to the questions tagged with "terminology".  As more questions are asked around terminology, that page will automatically update with the relevant questions.

Commenting on your specific reference of FADC, that is short for "focus-attack dash-cancel", which is the process of using the Focus Attack (MP + MK) to cancel a move and then dashing to cancel the focus attack in order to follow up the cancelled move.
