Is using Juri's Pinwheel Kick in every combo spam?

I always use the Pinwheel Kick in every combo, is it too much?

I wouldn't worry too much about labels like "spam." "Spam" is a term thrown around by scrubs (to borrow s-kill's definition), who don't like it when you repeatedly use a move that is proving effective at beating them. Don't let yourself be constrained by such notions as "spamming" or something being "cheap," as these concepts don't really exist in fighting games (at least, not in the mind of anybody who takes the game seriously).

Now, I don't play Juri, so I can't speak as to whether using the wheel kick in every combo you do is a good idea or not. If it's in a combo, though, I'm sure that's at least better than throwing it out randomly or even when you're being blocked.

Whether or not it is "spam" is irrelevant.  The thing that is most important though is how effective you are in using the move.  If you do the wrong version of the Pinwheel Kick too close/early/late, and the character is blocking, then you leave yourself in a situation where you can be punished.

When it comes to the game, there is only one thing that matters, winning.  It's safe to say that you can't make the game do anything beyond what it was programmed to do.  That being said, there isn't an advantage that you have that your opponent doesn't have.

With that in mind, you would be doing yourself a disservice by not using everything at your disposal to win a match.  As long as you use in a manner that is effective, nothing else matters.

Spam would be using just Pinwheel Kicks.

If it's ending a combo then no it's not spam, but if you were doing Pinwheel Kicks with NO other moves or variations then yes, that's just spam.

There is such thing as spamming but if it's working against someone then it means you're doing something right and they might be doing something wrong(such as not blockingor believing they priority).

There's no such thing as cheap though.  If it's in the game then there's a move/ situation that can always beat it (although in cases like Ryu and Ken's Shoryuken it seems impossible since there aren't many moves can beat it or trade for good damage). If they say you're being cheap that is just there lack of ability showing in a angry response

Edit: If your going to modifiy my post make sure to read it over before you post your edit

In short no.  It's not spam as there's only so many ways to end a combo, and using a special move has the benefit of building your Super meter faster while doing more damage with your combos.

Its not too much, but LK Fuhajin is a good option too.

Instead of finishing her bnb combo with the Pinwheel Kick, you can use Fuhajin instead.  Just hold the button, then cr.MK and release.

It's very tricky for the opponent to block, because after you stop a combo, he will be prone to counter-attacking.  The Pinwheel Kick is very susceptible to a reversal but the Fuhajin is more safe on block.

And by the way, Keres is totaly right about spam.
