How do I beat Fei-Long with Blanka?
What would be the best strategy to use against fei-long? can he punish blanka balls?

If blanka has to be on the offensive against Fei, its not to his advantage. Walking towards Fei or hopping towards him increase the chance you'll walk into pokes or rekkas (which is hard to see and react to), increases the chances you'll blanka ball (which fei can punish by blocking high, then dashing forward into Jab rekka), and jump in which loses to fire kick. Play slow in the beggining to see if the fei your fighting knows this. Try to have him walk towards you, then use your blanka balls, jab into electricity to punish not perfectly spaced rekkas. And Ultra 1 (or 2?) CW when they get too aggressive. Nuetral jump to kick into ultra 1 beats rekka whiffs. Use the rainbow blanka ball to escape, because if Fei focus attacks the ball he can dash forward into Ultra 1. Blanka up against the wall against Fei is where Fei wants you. If you walk forward you eat pokes and rekkas. If you jump, he'll fire kick. And any ball hit or blocked, (except rainbow ball to escape) can be Ultra 1 punished by Fei.
