What are Juri's block strings?

I dont think she has any safe block strings other than stuff involving her fireballs or light spinwheel for cheap damage as for a way to build meter you can use her initial fireball animation without releasing the fireball, its a bit tricky but with practice you can get meter fast if youre oponent doesnt want to come in.
