Abel action figure/collectible ?
I have seen all the Ryus and Kens and Akumas and what not but where can I find is the Abel collectibles??

The first place I'd look is on the Focus Attack store. It's a store dedicated to all types of Capcom-related merchandise, like figurines, cllectables, etc, etc.
If you don't find it there, you can reach the store directly through Twitter, and ask if they can find the items for special orders. If anyone knows where to find it, I would say it's them.
