How do the pros pull out out tricky string combo or FADCs consecutively?
As the question states I'm wondering how are really good players able to execute the really difficult combos with relative ease?
For example C.Viper and her High Jump to Ultra 1 combo request a lot of motion, in such a short time window. How do really advanced players pull out 720 degree motions within half a second?
I understand it takes a lot of practice but I:'m sure they use a certain grip on the joystick that allows them to perform difficult motions quickly and effortlessly.
I would rate myself an intermediate player because I've been playing SF for years but never really got too the advanced level. I would know how to perform difficult combos but where I need to work on is my execution, especially under pressure.
So to sum it up I just want to know why people have found to be the best grips and technique they use to pull off large motions of moves consistently and effortlessly.

I dont know about the specific example that you gave about c. viper. But in sf4 and ssf4 there are some tricks with the movements. For example:
360 attacks (like from thawk, hakan and zangief) doesnt has to be REALLY 360.
If you swing the controler with:
back> down+back > down > down+foward> foward > foward+up then click the attack buttom before the character jump, he will perform a 360 attack. this can make you perform this attacks without jumping or while the character is doing another move like dashing. you can do a 360 attack in any situation.
obs: you can do it to perform the first part of an 720º ultra.
shorykens arent foward > down > foward:
if you hold down+foward then put down > down+foward > foward it will perform a shoryken. you dont have to start to only foward. this can let you perform a little combo crouched and then a shoryken.
shorykens arent foward > down > foward [2]:
another way to perform the shoryuken type moves are pressing twice down+foward. try to dash pressing foward and down together and not only foward. then press a punch or anything like this. it will perform a shoryken.
i dont think its usefull but its easily to do.
If im right, there are only moves that works in sf4 and ssf4. sf2 and things like this doesnt work.
Probably there are more moves like this but i cant remember right now. Hope that was useful.
constant practice and learn ur shortcuts and combo options when i play i notice my counter hits different combo setups also cuz if they see the same one over and over they will start to guess u and practice i usually play people to get warmed up and guess and learn what moves for what characters are safe or not
Practice.
Nothing beats practice to get your execution right. Even pros practice.
the man to see about viper stuff on here is djay2411 he hits the super jump cancel ultra all the time on me :( and he spends a chunk of time in practice getting it down.
as far as grips go everyone is built different hands size for example some guys like to hold the shaft of the stick between the pinky an ring finger others like to hold between ring and middle finger it's all about finding what suits you personally
