SSF4 Online, How Do You Change Your Country Flag?
Is there a way to change it? Or do you have to create another account?

I had the same problem not so long ago. It's really easy to fix thankfully.
Go to the Xbox Dashboard, scroll to the right and enter "System Settings" scroll to the bottom and run "Initial Setup" you can change your locale in there. You didn't mention which console you use...but there will be a similar setup on PS3 too.
just go to console settings and change your region...
anybody know how to do it for the PC vesion?
Yes and if you change it to Japan you can be god-like like Gamerbee XD (who's been quoted multiple times about how he's from Taiwan but he chose to change his to Japan so he could play the best Japanese players).
I changed mine to Japan because I've been having lag issues here in my college dorm from time to time, and most players over there actually give me a better connection than here :P
