Can Sagat's Angry Scar be stacked or applied multiple times?

Does anyone know if the Angry Scar (the move where gameplay slows down, the screen dims, Sagat touches his scar and it flashes yellow and has the effect of charging up his Tiger Uppercut) is stackable?

Can you apply multiple Angry Scars powering up your next Tiger Uppercut cocked and ready to use?

No, you cannot. Additionally, once you perform the Angry Scar, you retain the "charge" until you use it, or until the round ends.
