Pad Juri: prohibitively difficult?

Using a MadCatz fightpad, is learning Juri prohibitively difficult or a worthwhile endeavor?  Held fireballs being a key strategy in combos is the reason for asking.

Edit: For additional info, this is a question coming from a thumbs-only style grip on the controller, as opposed to a "finger-tap" style.

Well, it is somewhat difficult, especially for a character likie Juri that uses the charge and hold fireball method. On a stick rather, it's much more easy to remember and learn. so yes, playing juri on a pad is somewhat difficult.
