Dhalsim vs. Blanka
I'm aware that this matchup is fairly close maybe edge given to Dhalsim, however against a very aggressive Blanka I'm having a lot of trouble with spacing. Any tips on how to fight a constantly moving Blanka who's essentially in constant rushdown?

This stuff usually works for me for rush down blankas. The key is to stay in full defense mode...
- standing fierce punishes blocked blanka balls.
- use your anti airs whenever possible (b.hk or b.mp)
- keep your distance with pokes and fireballs - standing fierce, standing mk, standing lk
- dash or teleport backwards to create space when possible
- get your tech throw game down! especially when blanka starts his jump-dash mix ups.
- short slide beats electricity
- carefully watch blankas meter - stop throwing fireball spam when he has ex. - however you can use a jab fireball from max distance to bait a ex blanka ball since it recovers pretty good. block and punish with a standing fierce.
- stay out of the corner!
- save meter and use super to punish - no use for EX fireballs in this match.
- pattern to block blankas ultra 1 from close is: down, up, down.
