Ken's close standing MK (medium kick)

Can Ken's close standing mk be punished after its blocked? and can u follow up with a low mk to push yourself away more or can you be punished there? Can you follow a jumping fierce with cs mk without being punished from block? I want to know before i start using it as my alt. hit confirm. I realize it makes your opponent stand up if their ducking and you can low mk to ex tatsu or shoryuken. Would anyone agree to this being a good hitconfirm?

Here's a table of Ken's frame data. You can see the recovery time of Ken's cs.MK is 12 frames. When a move is blocked your oppenent is at +1 frame advantage, meaning you're at -1. So basically your opponent could get in a move under a 13 frame start up free of charge. Which is just about everything.

As for what hit confirms work. You can easily test this out yourself. Go to training mode and put the computer on Auto-Guard. If the hit confirm works the computer won't be able to block it after the initial hit, if not he will block it.
