My favorite is either cr.MK into HK.Spiral Arrow or cr.MK into HK. Cannon Spike (FADC'd into another one or Ultra 1 if possible). The lariat has been nerfed to only hit low on startup so these are, in my opinion, Cammy's fastest and most reliable combos for this move.

 

I almost forgot to mention, when you block a lariat or if it's whiffed and within appropriate range, you can punish with Cammy's Super or Ultra 1. Those are her best punishes.
