Chun Li HK Lightning Legs?
Hi everyone, how do you use roundhouse/hard lightning legs? i'm mashing roundhouse but it doesn't come out... thanks for looking.

You can use Roundhouse lighting legs in a combo by using the slide method. Crouch fierce into RH lighting legs is always good,. I'm not sure how you could do chun's lighing legs on a pad, but using an arcade stick, you'll have to go from a crouching fierce and quickly slide from roundhouse to light kick, then from there slide back to med kick to roundhouse. This is a method most chun li players use.
To get the HK legs to come out you need to input 5 kicks. So there are 2 ways according to Justin Wong on how to do it (this is from Gootecks podcasts) start with your thumb on light K then slide it from Lk to Mk to Hk then back to Mk to Hk you have to do this pretty fast then there is the piano method which if you do not have a stick then it doesn't matter. For the piano method your index finger is on Lk, middle finger is on Mk, and ring finger is on Hk, to piano you hit Lk, Mk, Hk, Lk, Hk very fast. I'm guessing you're using a pad? It can be pretty difficult with the pad due to having to press in a trigger (though mashing, should allow it to at least come out...). Medium and Hard are the same, both do 120 damage. Go to training mode, enable Attack Data and see for yourself. The easiest and usually most effective way to do lightning legs is to buffer it in or with a combo. For example: c.LK, c.LK, s.RH. or j.HK, s.RH, s.RH. I don't recommend trying to mash lightning legs or anything for that matter.
