EX TK Cannon Strike  (up to 4 times) -> Ultra

Cannon Spike -> FADC (backdash) -> Ultra (not full connect)

and possibly Hooligan Slide from distance -> Ultra (also not full connect)

To add to Remy's answer, you can also do a Spiral Arrow from a distance in a corner for an incomplete Ultra.
