What are the best ways to utilitize Chun's Backflip Kick (DF+LK)?
I still have not quite found the best uses for Chun Li's backflip kick, executed by pressing down-forward and light kick. Any suggestions on how to effectively utilize this?
Also, has this move been changed for Super Street Fighter 4?

Apparently as is, the df+lk has very limited, if any, usage at all. Most chun players will execute this by accident, but in very few rare occasions I suppose it can be used as a mixup to confuse your opponent into thinking you are going to throw them. I would not rely on this move as it is in Vanilla SF4.
However, according to the Capcom Blog (Nakky/Dev Blog), Chun Li's df+lk is supposed to be buffed in Super Street Fighter 4 . They've improved her hit box so that its usefulness is improved, and now have applied a big enough box for it to be utilized as a proper Anti-Air. The move has a decent amount of speed as it is in Vanilla, however, in SUPER, the anti-air property also gives Chun the ability to juggle afterwards. So we may see AA df+Lk, Ultra-2 (Kikosho/super Fireball) utilized.
Even still, depending on how this is spaced afterwards in SUPER, we may even be able to immediately initiate her Air Stomp afterward (jump, D+MK x3).
Of course this is just speculation until Super is released, at which point it can be tested.
In my opinion the best use for it is to use it to bait your opponent while buffering ex legs.
