Makoto: How to deal with Ken's wakeup DP and quick normals?
Everything Ken does comes out fast. Typically when I get an untechable knockdown with Makoto I'll go for an Orochi, a cross up (multiple types), a Karakusa, a low attack, or I'll block. Those are a lot of her options.
So when I'm fighting Ryu I have no problem doing a meaty Orochi and stuffing an SRK, but I have extreme problems doing it on Ken.
Is there another more reliable way to deal with Ken's DP on wakeup, other than safe jumping or blocking?

Right before Ken gets up throw out a c.MP then block as he DP's then Focus Attack -> EX command grab -> s.HP -> Dash Punch (whatever the name of it is).
Makoto has alot of tools to punish flowchart Kens.
Play mind games with your Makoto.
Jumping HP seems to be effective for me at least and I use her Ultra 2; it gets you away from a lot of people's bs (it can get you into some too)
