Bison Frame Trap/Block Strings
I know Bison can do a lot of combos on block and pressure with scissor kicks, but what is the actual moves he does cause i usually try to do cr.lk right after a scissor kick but they can usualy get out of it and they dont seem trapped at all.

Bison's best block strings are:
Cr. Lp, St. Lp, Cr. Lk xx Lk Scissor Kick.
Cr. Lp, Cr. Lp, Cr. Lk xx Lk Scissor Kick
Cr. Lp, St. Lk, St, Lk, xx Lk Scissor Kick
These are a few of Bison's only "True Block Strings". They are completely safe and the best thing about them is that Bison is at even frame advantage after a blocked LK Scissor Kick. That leaves him in a great position to continue pressure with another Lk xx Lk Scissor Kick. Bison's Lk has a very fast start up (3 Frames) meaning if a character presses a button after a blocked Lk Scissor Bison's Cr. Lk will beat almost any button press (Outside of Special Moves with invulnerability etc...) in the game and will often land you a Counter Hit.
Things you should be aware of after a Lk. Scissor Kick is blocked are as follows:
Does the opponent have an equally fast normal move as Bison's Lk (Balrog's Cr. Lp for example) If they do are they using that to trade with your light kick? If they are, then instead of doing another Lk xx Lk Scissor you should go immediately into another scissor instead and his scissor kick will outright punish their normal.
Are you playing someone who is mashing Shoryuken after a Lk Scissor? (Shoryuken will beat out Bison's Cr. Lk after a Lk Scissor Kick due to its invulnerability on start up) If you are then you have to block and punish hard in order to condition them to not throw out a Shoryuken in that situation. Just be wary when they have 2 EX meters as they can make the Shoryu safe with a FADC.
Don't fall into the habit of many Bison players I see who use the block string Cr. Lk, Cr. Lk, Cr. Lk xx Lk Scissor Kick. Although this is a legitimate combo it isn't safe as a block string and the opponent can Shoryu in between your Lk's. You will probably get away with it a lot online (unless playing a masher) but a good player will know that it isn't safe so I suggest you don't ever use that.
cr.lk doesn't work in any block strings unless you are canceling it into lk scissors. Because cr.lk is only +1 on block you opponent can interrupt your attempt to use it in a string (i.e. cr.lk>cr.lk>cr.lk xx lk SK) with a reversal with invulnerability (DP, some command grabs, flash kicks, lots of nasty stuff). A true block string will keep the opponent in block stun (the frame advantage for each blocked move covers you through the start up of your next move) until you are finished with the string or screw it up.
I think Bison's blockstring is something like cr. lk, cr. lk, cr. MK xx Scissor Kick, in particular they shouldn't be able to escape from cr. Mk xx Scissor Kick if the cr. mk didn't whiff.
I am not sure if this is called a "Frame trap" though (something like Makoto's st. MP, st. LP, st. MP link is a frame trap, or Fei-long's st. MP, st. MP due to the frame advantage)
