Chun Li is defintly not the best character in this game lol.
I dont really think this looks too appealing. Hondas a good character but the second strongest in this game? Nooot quite.Abel and Rufus can probably go higher and Bison Balrog and Guile should probably be around where they are. And Akuma is defintly not that low. He is one of the better characters in this game when used correctly.
