List of P-linkable Combos
Is there a list of P linkable combos? Obviously any combo with a 1 frame link, but to help save some time, is there a source with this information?

What a plink actually does is expand the time frame of your link by an additional frame. For example: Balrog st.LP -> cr.HK is a tight link, the plink I use for it is MK.
So combo = cr.LP, cr.LP, st.LP, plink HK with MK.
Math version: It opens your window of a oneframe link from 1/60th(1 frame, 60 frames a second) of a second.
to 2/60ths or 1/30th of a second.
If you need a visual, just search plinking ssf4 on youtube.
Actually, plinks are used for one frame links to allow you two inputs within that one frame of opportunity.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but to my knowledge you can use plinking to increase your chances of hitting any link. Of course, that excludes jabs. (Not too sure about shorts. However, my guess is that you can plink shorts. Or atleast crouching short. Since in a crouch tech, the short comes out instead of the jab.)
