'4th' buttons on arcade stick
What do you have mapped to the far right buttons on your stick?
At the moment, i have PPP and KKK. Most 'decent' players suggest you dont do this, and hit all 3 punches etc for Ultras and the like.
So what does that leave them useful for? Throw/focus shortcuts?

Most tournament players map the extra buttons to No Use. Sometimes we accidently press them while playing and it helps not to have them set to anything at all.
Well, I know some players whos arguement is "Arcades dont have the 3PPP or 3KKK buttons, so I turn mine off too"
I personally keep them on, but I only use them for 1 move really... being Balrog taps. Much easier to hold 1 button with my pinky then to hold all 3 kicks and have 1 finger to hit jabs etc. with.

Sounds like a weak ass bitch move to me. button plugs or brand new ass 6 button plexi wipe them shits off the face of the earth.
