Abel Frame Links

Hey Guys. Can someone please tell me about Abels Frame Links? I totally dont get them.

Abel has only two difficult links :
-cr LP  to st HP (then COD... )  (between 1 and 3 frame to link)
- forward MK dash to HP (then COD... ) (i think this one is a bit easier)
But try to P-link for more sucess
