How do you FADC into Ultra 1 with Bison/Dictator?
I've seen people on streams and youtube videos hit people with a focus attack, then dash forward and do Bison's Ultra 1. What is the input for doing this? I seem to lose my charge whenever I try dashing forward.

The inputs are the same for Guile when he FADC's a Flash Kick into a Sonic Hurricane, as explained in this video:

Gilleybaba has a great tuturial on youtube on how to perform this. In the video he uses Balrog/Boxer, but the ultra is the same joystick motion.
there is another way known as a dash ultra. while you focus you charge as your focus hits dash forward as the dash animation is happening you then input back forward and x3 punch or kick just as the dash ends
It takes practice. It's much more easily done on a stick.
In order for it to hit you need to get a crumple at least.
Let's say Focus Attack level crumple. You can do the dash a little before the actual hit of the Focus attack.
1.) Start the focus attack. Get to level 2 or 3
2.) The moment you let go of the focus attack tap forward forward for dash.
3.) On that second tap of forward, bring the stick immediately back to back or down-back.
4.) The opponent will fall a little bit, just wait a couple of moments (around 1 second real time)
5.) Input the motion for Ultra 1
It all comes with practice. It's definitely more difficult on a pad. If Anything practice the movement of forward to downback while dashing.
