Hey Guys. How can I punish Ibukis Super on block with Abel and Claw?

she is safe you cant punish it.

 

but with vega i'd do a cross over wall dive just to put pressure on ibuki

with vega i'd say charg an ex launch or charge his 2nd ultra  and let it off right before she hits the floor go in practice mode and set that scenario up to try it out
