Rufus's Option Selects
What are Rufus's most useful Option Selects? Can he do the thing where you tap cr. LK, cr. HK, cr. LK quickly on your opponent's wakeup to try and prevent them from backdashing by sweeping them? Can you do c. LP+LK+HK on their wakeup to Throw Tech/Sweep Option Select?
Is there a good Option Select to use against a Ken that spams his long-ranged Kara Throw?
Can you add EX moves or QCF/HCF moves into your Option Selects? I'm still not totally sure of what all can be achieved through Option Selects.

I imagine Rufus' best option select will be meaty jump in option selected with ex messiah kick. the ability to focus out of the kick if you do it wrong makes it awesome, but I'd test this against ex SRKs just to check the priorities to see what wins
