Abel's Change of Direction into Ultra I?
This is a total n00b Q that comes from even SF4, but trying to do Abel's COD > FADC > cr. HP > Ultra I. Can ANYONE please offer advice to help practice this? thank you! 8D

Best advice is to practice it in the training mode. Set the computer on auto-block and just do it until you get it.
Focus just as your Change of Direction hits and dash immediately after. Then just as the dash is finished just pull of your cr. HP. To land the Ultra you have to wait a bit (also depending on the character). General rule of the thumb is to execute the Ultra when the opponent is pretty much in a horizontal position in the air. If you activated the Ultra when the opponent nudged into the horizontal position you should be good.
I don't know what else to say really. Practice it up.
