Guile setup's and strats

i've got a few setups since i've started to use guile but im looking for a bit more any guile experts out here?

It seems to me like you're not using the Sonic Boom enough, although the matchup against Vega may not call for Sonic Boom abuse (I doubt this, because there's not a whole lot that can punish it). 

 

I recommend you stick to U2 for mostly anything, if only because it can punish jumps, combo from an FADC Flash Kick and punish mistakes very handily.

 

Guile doesn't really need any "setups" -- it's better to think about playing a strong defensive game, which is Guile's forte. c.FP against jump-in attacks, a good barrage of Sonic Booms to keep the pressure, follow your Booms with backfists and poke with standing Fierce. Move back and forth with hop kicks and knees to maintain charge while moving... a lot of these basic Guile themes seemed to be absent here. It might help if you go and watch a lot of high level Guile players for some time. I suggest Lamerboi to start.
