Cold Hands

I'm certainly not a wuss when it comes to cold weather. Even during winter I can walk around in light clothing and I often get weird looks and questions from people when I do.

My hands though are a different story. They get cold easily and that is really annoying when playing fighting games. I don't always have the time to spend in training mode until my hands get warmed up and sometimes I just want to dive right into the action, but cold fingers make inputs harder/slower and I feel way less comfortable.

Is there a good way to solve this problem? Like gloves that will keep my fingers warm but won't hinder my performance? Anything?

I get this very, very often. I use a bunch of different solutions, all of them pretty good.

  1. Drink some hot soup or a cup of coffee (or other warm drink) before playing. Random, but it works.
  2. Jonathan suggested this: submerge your hands in hot water. Take advantage and wash them, too.
  3. If there's a chair, sit on your hands for a slight amount of time.
  4. If you know you're about to play or are close to playing, rub your hands a lot in anticipation and just get them warm.

There's no real normal or "practical" way to just have warm hands at all times, but these all should work.

i have this SAAAAAAAAMMMME problem and mind you cold weather is my favorite i sleep with the ac and the fan on lol but the ways i figured around that would be to  fill up the bathroom sink with either warm or hott water and let your hands sit in it for a bit....also change the climate in your room so you dont go right back into the cold weather

i wouldnt recomend gloves just because that could screw up the feeling of the inputs your just gunna make yourself frustrated
