How to perform walking 720 ultra?

Hi I have seen Vangief doing this I thought he buffers the Ultra move doing a low kick but I cant seem to do this is there a way to do this?

To elaborate on IMatt Orcutt's answer, a "720 motion" doesn't truly require two full circular movements on the pad/stick (or for a "360 motion" for that matter).

In order to perform just one "360 motion", you need to input six inputs on the pad/stick in succession .  It can be any six inputs as long as they follow each other consecutively on the gate.

In other words, a legitimate sequence is:

Sequence Number 1 2 3 4 5 6
Move left down left down down right right up right

As is this:

Sequence Number 1 2 3 4 5 6
Move down right right up right up up left

Of course, the above sequence is impractical, if trying to do this while not anchoring yourself to the ground with any other move will result in jumping back.

That said, IMatt Orcutt is right in that you have to buffer the first sequence into a move in order to anchor yourself to the ground.  However, if he is starting from down back, it is more than likely that he doesn't just go to up-right, but to up as well before pulling to down back and repeating the sequence, like so:

Sequence Number 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12
Move down left down down right

right

(should be anchored with a move at this point)

up right up down left down down right right up right up

Or (IIRC), he could just continue with the motion for the next six inputs:

Sequence Number 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12
Move down left down down right

right

(should be anchored with a move at this point)

up right up

up

(continues with next six inputs from previous input position)

left down left down down right right

The way I do is as follows:

d/b > d > d/f > f > cr. short/ st. jab > *buffer u/l or u/r during the jab/short > b > d/b > d > d/f 

The idea is to mask your up/left or up/right input in the jab/short.

Once you get timing down you can implement it into blockstrings.

ex:

cr. short(Buffering the first 360 motion shortcut) > cr. short(Buffering the second 360 input) > wait for the short to recovery fully (takes practice to to get a feel for it) and then hit all PPP and they're eat Ultra I like a Tick throw.
