What are Chun-Li's best anti-airs for specific characters?

What are Chun-Li's best anti airs for specific characters? I've  noticed that the majority of them are very character specific and I wanted to know what my best options are for specific characters, For example the shotos, Ibuki, Vega(claw), Blanka, Cammy, and Sakura.

c. mp (and sometimes) c.mk against shotos. These are the so-called Chun-Li dodges. In particular, c. mp lowers her and her hitbox, allowing you to avoid quite a few things.

You can focus the non-grab versions of Vega's wall dive. You could also try and air throw him out of his attempts if you catch him early.

Oh and things have changed for AE, d/f+lk (mini flashkick) isn't so good for anti-air anymore.

It's all about spacing, regardless of character. For characters with dive kicks (Akuma, Gouken, Rufus, Cammy), it's probably better to FADC backdash, especially against "instant" dive kicks. If the jump is coming in deep, standing MK is a good tool. Standing HK can hit an opponent just as they're leaving the ground if you can see the jump coming. Her command backflip (df.lk) work on jumps that are a bit closer, and it's fast enough for you to add on an EX Lightning Legs afterward for a good punish.  EX SBK is another GREAT anti-air tool.

Characters with air gimmicks (Ibuki's kunai/Vega(Claw)'s wall dive) tend to have a slight better time against Chunners. You're better with a neutral jump HK for them, though depending on Ibuki's kunai, you might catch it on your way down.
