What are the worst matchups for Guile and Chun?

I'm a Dictator player looking to pick up a second character to help with bad matchups.

Been playing Chun for 2+ years now. I'd say Chun-Li's worst are Viper, Rufus, and Akuma. (As of AE, I believe Yun and Yang apply too.) Basically, characters with divekick and mixup after a hard knockdown. It's hard for Chun-Li to escape this situation, especially without meter.
