dudley overhead combos hardly works

I practice overhead combo almost a week.
but i cant do the combo.
When i tried to Forward HK, and then Crouch Lp.
My opponent just block my crouch lp very easily.
Wts the main problem, i tried to press very quickly but it doesnt always work.
Is it the timming or wt?

This is a 2 frame link so it's the timing.
When you land the overhead, you are at +4.

A cr. lp starts up in 3 frames.

Landing this is the same as comboing cr lk. for dictator (bison).

 

Try double tapping for 2 frame links.
