How to do T-Hawk ultra 1

Right now im starting to play a thawk (i think he's a very good character) but i find it really hard to his ultra.

Try buffering it into different motions. Do it while you're dashing after a focus or just dash 720. Jump and spin the stick like crazy. Get used to doing it.
