Does Rufus' Ultra 2 (Big Bang Typhoon) go through all projectiles?

I only tried several characters' projectiles and so far, these cannot hit Rufus from the moment the Ultra II is initiated and thereafter:

 

Ruy: All fireballs including Ultra

Sagat: All fireballs including Ultra

 

I don't have the game yet (tried this on my brothers game at his place) but even if I did I don't have as much time as I would like to go through all possibilities. But maybe, being a community others here may confirm other characters that they can confirm will not affect Rufus' Ultra II, as well. =)

I tried it with Guile, Juri, Chun Li, Akuma, Cody and Ibuki and all of their projectiles now and Rufus really goes through all of them (even Guile's and Chun's new ultras!) except for one: Ibuki's Super hits him starting with the second (or third?) wave of attacks.

Pretty good!
