What are Juri's best overhead attacks?

Her dive kick is no overhead, that's correct. The only overhead she has that is not a jumping attack is forward + medium kick. It's pretty useful for mixup and while using Ultra I you can even combo off of it.
Otherwise, all of her jumping normals are overheads, like every other character's. Her jumping medium punch is pretty good, because you can combo her dive kick into it. The best thing about that is that against some characters you can jump close to an enemy and immediatly press medium punch and combo into the dive kick to get an instand overhead. With the right timing (or the EX dive kick) you can even combo her Ultra II after that dive kick.
