What are the advantages that Cammy has over Juri?
I obviously think that Cammy has the advantage over Juri, but it's more an opinion/feeling, and I'd like some more definitive input on the matter.

Being a Cammy player I can tell you that Juri's Pinwheel Kick is her go to move in this match up. It can stop her dive kick, her Hooligan Combination, and her Spiral Arrows, but it's a free Ultra 1 for Cammy if you do it too recklessly.
Juri's Dive Kick has limited use due to Cammy's Cannon Spike and her ability to get away from it with her Spiral Arrow.
I would say the match up is about even if not a bit in Juri's favor due to the speed and hit box of her Pinwheel Kick.
The match is about 50/50 to each other favour. As a Cammy player, the main thing to keep an eye on is Juri's superior air game - this apply to all, but do not jump in the air with her when she has 1 ex bar and full ultra II. However, a whiffed pinwheel can be arrowed, and cannon spike will trade with almost all of her moves.
