Trouble vs. Adon's EX Jaguar Kick
It's so FAST! So whats the best way to anticipate it and best way to punish it?
As a Blanka player I back dash with 3 kicks then Ultra if I can but sometimes I get punished.
Jump neutral jump doesn't always work either :(

the match up is in adons favor as jaguar kick takes him out of everything dont put ur self in the corner and u have to have mind games against adon u have to keep constant pressure on adons thats where he struggles if he has meter you should not back away but keep combos ontact but not get to far as pressure is what makes adon good
The following applies to both Jaguar Kicks on the ground and in the air, both normal and EX
A neutral jump against Adon is a bad idea at close to mid range because of the distance that the Jaguar Kick covers. You are always going to get nailed.
A focus attack isn't an option here, the Jaguar Kick breaks focus.
Blanka doesn't have any normal or special moves that will can punish the Jaguar Kick after block consistently at close range. His Super and Ultra combos also have too much startup to punish a blocked Jaguar kick.
Also, after a blocked Jaguar Kick, Blanka is at frame disadvantage; the blockstun is long enough that Adon can recover and attempt to throw, which means that attempting to use a throw as a punish is impossible (the best Blanka can do is hope to tech).
From mid-range (where only the LK and maybe the MK Jaguar Kick can hit him) the best bet would be to use Electric Thunder (electricity) before Adon connects with the Jaguar Kick, if you can get it out fast enough. Most of the time, it will it will beat the Jaguar Kick clean and at worst, trade.
At close range, the Jaguar Kick can beat the electricity clean (typically the MK and HK versions), so you have to be careful.
The best option here is to not give Adon the opportunity to use the Jaguar Kick, meaning keeping a distance, and not staying on the ground in a location where he can reach you with the Jaguar Kick.
